Warranty Policy

✅ What Our Warranty Covers:

• 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

• Covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Cracks

  • Chipping

  • Loose fittings

  • Unstable joints (under normal residential use)

Applies to all products, including:

• Stone chess boards

• Decorative trays and platters

• Showpieces and sculptures

• Stone kitchen décor and accessories

If a product is proven defective, we will:

• Replace the item (subject to availability), or

• Repair the item free of cost, or

• Offer store credit or a refund if replacement is not possible

❌ What Is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental drops, misuse, or neglect

• Natural characteristics such as:

  • Minor color or grain variations

  • Surface pores, spots, or veining

• Improper installation or use in outdoor or high-traffic areas

• Use of strong chemicals or abrasive cleaners

• Your order number

• Photos or videos of the defect

• Brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
