Yes! Every piece is carved from 100% genuine natural stones — including marble, onyx, travertine, or granite — sourced from trusted quarries.

Q2: Will I receive the exact product shown in photos?
Each item is unique due to natural stone variation. While the design and size remain consistent, slight differences in color and pattern are expected, making every piece one-of-a-kind.

Q3: Are stone products food-safe?
Yes — trays, platters, and coasters intended for serving are made using food-safe stones and sealed appropriately. Always wipe clean after use.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

Q4: Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, we offer delivery to all Emirates. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and product type.

Q5: Do you accept returns?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Q6: What if my stone product gets damaged during shipping?
We take great care with our packaging. If any damage occurs during shipping, email us with unboxing photos and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
